Hearing Loops

Monochrome Loop facility public information sign isolated on white background.

Also known as ‘audio induction loops’, hearing loops are a loop of cable around a designated area (usually a room or building) which generates a magnetic field picked up by a hearing aid. This allows the sound source of interest to be transmitted to the hearing-impaired listener clearly and free of other distracting noise in the environment.

Here is more information on installing hearing loops.
