No one should feel ashamed or uncomfortable while they’re at work. We’re committed to supporting colleagues experiencing and working with those going through menstruation and menopause at work by becoming ‘Bloody Good Employer’ accredited. 

This commitment involves a companywide survey, the roll out of free sanitary products to workplace locations and four employee workshops to understand how we could do better and support people at Network Rail. The outcomes will then be used to create a plan of action and make improvements to our workplaces, policies and practices.
