How do I retrieve my password?

All passwords in ClearTalents in recruitment and Clear Talents at work are securely encrypted.  If you forget your password, you will need to create a new password since we cannot retrieve your old one.  To do that you need to click on the “forgotten password” link and then enter the email address associated with your account in the system.  You should receive an email with a link that will enable you to reset your password.  Simply click the link and enter a new password for your account.  Note that the link will expire after a few hours for security reasons.

If you have not received an email within 15 minutes then check your junk or spam folders.
