How do I change my manager?

If you have a new manager and want to share an existing profile with them you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Choose the “My Account” menu at the top of the screen and click the “Go to my Account” menu option (number 1 on screenshot below)
  3. Under the list of “my Profiles”, click the “Change Manager” link at the right hand side of your current profile (number 2 on screenshot below)
  4. Enter your new manager’s email address in the form that appears and click the “Change Manager” button.
  5. In the next dialog you can select whether your previous manager will still have access to your report or not. The default is that they will no longer be able to access your report.

Note that if you enter an email address that is not owned by your current business (a personal email address for example), then the system will not accept the email address change.
