The ClearTalents in recruitment application enables applicants to a role to provide information about adjustments that could be made to help them perform to their full potential during the application process. One of the important design features is that a recruiter is only informed about adjustments that have been requested at the appropriate stage in the process. For example, if an individual provides information about the fact that they have a striking appearance, the fact that they have requested an adjustment will not be shown until they are progressed to a stage which requires a face to face meeting. Typically this will be when a candidate is invited for an interview.
In order for a recruiter to be made aware of this adjustment, they need to “progress” the applicant to the new stage in the application process as they reach it. You can do this from the report page for the individual. (find out more about viewing a report for an individual). The screenshot below shows a report for an individual who is currently at the “Application” stage of the process (indicator 1). If any adjustments were requested at this stage, you can add comments and progress log in the text box (indicator 2). If you have implemented and adjustments requested then you should lick the “confirm stage adjustments are met” button to log that fact in the audit log (indicator 3). To progress the individual to a later stage, choose the stage they are progressing to in the drop down box (indicator 4) and click the “Progress” button.
Once you have clicked the button, if you have already confirmed that the adjustments have been implemented, the candidate will be moved to the stage you selected. If you are moving the candidate more than one stage forwards or you have not already confirmed that requested adjustments have been implemented, then you will be given an option to confirm the adjustments were implemented first.
You will now be able to see if there are any new adjustments requested for the new stage the individual has reached.
