Sometimes if you are trying to delete a Division in the ClearTalents In Recruitment application you receive an error. There are a couple of cases in which this happens.
- If the Division is specified as the division that automated vacancies are created in through an integration then before you can delete a division you will need to change the division that is specified. Currently this can only be done by a ClearTalents administrator. You can request this change by sending an email to email@example.com
- If one or more Vacancies are assigned to the division that you are trying to delete then you will need to remove those vacancies from the division you wish to delete first.
NOTE: the check only applies to live vacancies. It is possible to delete a division if is is linked to archived vacancies.
