It is just as important that there home working setup is safe. We have an excellent guide to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.cleartalents.com\/help-pages\/us\/working-from-home\/\">working from home<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regulations and guidance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.safeworkaustralia.gov.au\/safety-topic\/managing-health-and-safety\/working-home\/resources\">Safe Work Australia<\/a>&nbsp;has a range of resources, including guides on working from home, sitting and standing and a safe workstation setup .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When fully implemented, ClearTalents provides the necessary guidance and tools for every employee to critically evaluate and optimise their workstation \u2013 whether in the office or at home.
