Thus, we must now assume that people who identify as asexual, pansexual, questioning and any other of the many terms to describe their sexual preference or orientation are covered by this legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: The term \u2018Homosexual,\u2019 on the other hand, is now no longer considered acceptable. Thus \u2018Lesbian\u2019 and \u2018Gay\u2019 should be used instead.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These regulations apply to all forms of employment, training, recruitment, promotions, transfers, and dismissals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It is also unlawful to:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Discriminate indirectly against anyone \u2013 that is, to apply a criterion, provision or practice which disadvantages people of a particular sexual orientation unless it can be objectively justified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subject someone to harassment.
