New Features/Enhancements

  1. Edit the introduction text when an employee is starting to complete a profile

    If you want to create a custom message when an employee starts creating the profile, you can do that on the “Edit Organisation Details” page. This can be accessed by clicking the “Edit My Organisation” link in the top black menu bar. You will see a text entry box similar to that shown below:

    The text you enter in this box will replace the default text indicated by the (1) on the screen below. If you want to reset the text to the default then simply delete all of the text in the edit box.

  2. Ability to edit the text by the Full questionnaire or DSE only questionnaire buttons

    It is now possible to customize the text shown next to the “Start Full Questionnaire” and “Start DSE Questionnaire” buttons. If you access the “Edit Organisation Details” page by clicking the “Edit My Organisation” link in the top black menu bar you will see two text entry boxes similar to that shown below. Note that your system may only have one or other of the boxes available depending on your configuration.

    The text you enter in the boxes indicated with (1) and (2) in the screenshot above will replace the text indicated by (1) and (2) in the screenshot below.

  3. Change the number of weeks till escalating that a manager has not viewed a report

    It is now possible to change the number of weeks before the fact that a line manager has not viewed an employees report is escalated. By default, this is set to 4 weeks. We have added a new drop down box on the “Edit Organisation Details” page which lets you set this to 2, 3, or 4 weeks. This can be accessed by clicking the “Edit My Organisation” link in the top black menu bar and changing the value in the dropdown box shown below.

  4. Organisation specific updates

    In addition to the globally applicable enhancements, we have made some updates to specific customers instances of the ClearTalents At Work application.

  5. Preparation for future capabilities

    We have made updates to the way some of the permissions and roles are handled in the system. This should not impact any users following this release but will enable us to roll out additional capabilities in the coming releases.

  • We have fixed a number of minor spelling and grammatical errors
